For women, cellulite is a skin problem that is extremely frustrating, especially in the postnatal period. They are almost impossible to get rid of despite the many ‘massage’ treatments and cellulite creams we use.
Cellulite is not harmful and consists of normal fat that pushes against connective tissue, causing the bumpy appearance on our skin. Most people would like to eliminate cellulite on their bodies due its appearance and firm up the skin after fat reduction programmes.
Using only FDA-cleared and medi-grade machines with proven efficacy levels, our non-invasive Vela Slim Cellulite Buster treatment specifically targets lumpy fat and firms up the body resulting in a reduction of cellulite and a slimmer body.
Cellulite Buster activates lymphatic drainage, improves blood circulation and reduces water retention. Regular treatment gradually smoothens and tones the skin, leading to a noticeable reduction in cellulite. This treatment combines three different technologies – Radio Frequency, Rolling Motion Vacuum and Infra Rays, to promote drainage of toxins and stimulate collagen re-modelling to improve the appearance of the skin.

What is the treatment like?
The treatment feels like a deep tissue massage due to the vacuum and heat. As such, the treated area may feel warm and flushed, with this sensation lasting less than a day. The rolling motion of the vacuum helps to physically activate drainage of toxins to the lymph nodes, while the infrared rays stimulate collagen remodelling to improve the appearance of the skin. Repair and restructuring of skin affected by cellulite will take place, giving way to smoother skin.
How long will it take to see results?
For optimal results, we recommend a minimum of 6 sessions per treated area at weekly intervals.
Who is suitable for this treatment?
The technology used in our Cellulite Buster treatment is safe and effective for most people. However, our medi-consultants advise against undergoing this treatment if you are:
- Pregnant
- Have pacemakers or metal implants
- Have tumours
- Have liver and/or kidney problems

Are there any side effects?
CSK’s Vela Slim treatment is suitable for most. However, that being said, customers with very thin or dry skin may experience some skin irritation or abrasions, which are alleviated by applying moisturiser onto the treated areas. You may also wish to inform our medi-aestheticians if you bruise easily, so they may adjust the settings on our machines accordingly.
Post Treatment Care
We recommend customers drink at least two litres of water daily and moisturise the skin. For long-term results that last indefinitely, our medi-consultants recommend that customers maintain a stable calorie intake, and a healthy diet and exercise programme. For women, we advise against undergoing the treatment just before or during your period, as your body may be more sensitive.
Terms and Conditions
- Single-session treatments have a validity of 3 months. Treatment packages have a validity of 6 months. An extension is allowed upon topping up the difference to non-member prices.
- Full payment must be made before using the treatment.
- The item is not transferable.
