CSK Clinics scaled down operation to service priority cases only at its Medical Center clinics; all Mall clinics are shut down.
The government has made it mandatory for all businesses (except those defined as essential services) to be closed for a month, from 7 April to 4 May 2020 inclusively (“Lockdown period”). The aim is to break the chain of local community-transmitted infections. All CSK clinics under ClearSK Healthcare Pte Ltd are licensed to operate as Medical clinics and approved to stay open to provide specified services to its patients. During the Lockdown period, however, ClearSK decided to scale down its clinic operation to operate only at Novena Medical Center with minimal manpower. The doctors will schedule calls or whatsapp chat with our patients who are undergoing treatment courses to prioritise appointments on a case-by-case basis.
For other non-urgent cases, CSK doctors will continue to consult via electronic channels. Our clinicians will be available throughout the Lockdown Period to offer advice on our products and treatments. Visit our new eShop at (https://clearsk.com/) to find out about our latest home kit and your favourite treatments at never-before “Lockdown” prices.
Please submit your consent here so that we can freely service you during the lockdown period via electronic channels such as Whatsapp or mobile tele-conference apps.
1. What does the “Circuit Breaker” Lockdown mean for CSK and me?
The government has made it mandatory for all businesses (except those defined as essential services) to be closed for a month, from 7 April to 4 May 2020 (inclusive). The aim is to break the chain of local community-transmitted infections. CSK clinics are licensed to operate as Medical clinics – one of the essential services that can stay open.
2. Will I still receive any Service from CSK Consultants during this Lockdown period?
To comply with the government’s injunction, CSK will consult cases that are urgent as assessed by the doctor. The doctors will prioritise on case-by-case basis through calls with the patients. All non-urgent cases will be postponed to after the lockdown period. As such, our Group will scale dramatically and will only keep two of the medical clinics at Novena Medical Center and Scotts Medical Center open for time being.
For less urgent treatments, our clinicians will be available throughout the lockdown period to offer advice on our products and treatments. Our newly launched e-Shop will present new products and home-kits that can be used at home and at the clinics after the lock down period. We will seek your consent shortly to service you during the lockdown period via electronic channels such as Whatsapp or mobile tele-conference apps.
3. How can I contact CSK if I want to see the doctors?
If you have an urgent medical condition, you may still reach us to make an appointment to see the doctors at NMC or SMC clinics via email @ enquiry@clearskincentre.com, SMS / WhatsApp @ 9710 8808 or sign up here.
4. What will happen to my prepaid treatment packages?
In view of the one-month halt on our non-urgent services, we will extend all existing aesthetics treatment packages validity for another one month. There is no action required at your end.
5. What will happen to my appointments booked for this period?
Over the next few days, our call centre staff will get in touch with you to either schedule phone consultation with the doctor for pre-screening or reschedule your appointments to the next month if your conditions are non-urgent. Please bear with us as we try to contact all our clients booked for this lockdown period.
